Includes Excavation (you must have at least 7.5′ access path to backyard) Engineering & construction office permits up to $650, dirt removal, HAYWARD Pump & Filter, Chlorinator Tower for 3″ Chlorine Tablets, Multicolor SR Smith Treo LED Light, Pool Accessories, Pool School Training class, and Bullnose Paver Coping around the pool.  We have upgrades like additional Paver Decking, Travertine Tile Decking, Electrical, pool Heaters and Coolers, Screen Enclosures, Salt systems, Overflow Fiberglass Spas for your concrete pool that are more comfortable to sit in, beautiful Waterline tile, Deck Drains, etc. that would increase the price (You can view these on the “Pool Install Upgrades” Section of our website). We have a 15 year concrete shell crack warranty, 3-year Hayward manufacturer Pump & Filter warranty, and 10-year plaster warranty for peace of mind!   

Five Step Sales process!

Step One: Fill out the contact us page on this website! We respond within two business days by e-mail and then will follow up again by text in four business days to make sure you received the e-mail.

Step Two: Respond to the e-mail we send you in Step One above with your survey, pool model you are interested in, and do you want the normal 5 foot of pavers from the house to pool or just what is included. 

Step Three: We send you a proposal with options you selected next business day

Step Four: If you like the budget, let us know and we come out and flag off the deck and pool area, make adjustments to the proposal. 

Step Five: $5,000.00 deposit for Concrete Pools is all that is needed to get started with the permit!
