Have an old patio deck that is Textured or broom finished concrete that you would like retextured and painted? This is the option for you!
First, any cracks must be repaired (Select the Concrete Repair option as well if you have cracks, as crack repair not included) and then we wait a minimum of 7 days to come back and power wash the deck. If you have broom marks, special concrete is used and skimmed across the entire deck to fill in the grooves. If you have old knock down texture, it is repaired as needed. We then texture the deck and either knock down the texture or go with a heavy orange peel for maximum grip / trip resistance. Then two coats of Acryla Deck 100% Acrylic paint is applied.
We charge by the Square Feet of deck plus additional charge for Cantilever (if applicable around pool) of $300
Concrete Crack Repair, Grinding, Leveling, and Sanding not included.
