Fiberglass VIP Pool Service (weekly)
$139.00 every 4 weeks and a $49.00 sign-up fee
$34.75 weekly billed every 4 weeks = $139.00. Pool service direct from the Manufacturer! Both plans cover all fiberglass safe Pool Chemicals as needed*, and either basic cleaning or premium cleaning. Our Premium service also includes 3 hours of gelcoat repair for every 6 months of service (*White or Sully Blue color only)! You are responsible for:
- Maintain proper water level
- Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed
- Report any observations of swimming pool issues

Billed in Advance every 4 weeks, must use website recurring subscription (check payments not allowed), you can cancel your subscription on your account page on our website or by emailing service@pettitpools.com. Service would start the week after your first payment (If ordered 8/5/2024 you will notice it says you won’t be rebilled until 9/2/2024 which would be the 4th week)
Please e-mail us a picture of your pool and recent test strip reading prior to initial visit. We will contact you if your pool looks like it will incur additional startup costs other than an Initial Deep Clean $95 treatment. There is always an initial startup fee of $49 unless you are a recent Pettit Pools customer within 3 months of Pool School in which case the $49 startup fee will be refunded within one week. Pools that have staining will need a stain treatment purchased from us or indemnify us. Pools with high levels of calcium will need to be drained and refilled with fresh water provided by customer. If lightning in the area, the pool service technician will not be able to vacuum or skim, no credit offered but upon next service a double vacuum or skim will be performed.
Day and Time of service might change but will be between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday. Customer may request access to client web portal to view logs and pictures of service. *Fiberglass Safe Chemicals limited to powder form of PH, Alkalinity, Scale Defender, Chlorine, Salt (if applicable), and liquid Mineral Out (metal remover to limit rust and staining). We reserve the right to cancel service at renewal if pools take more then 15-20 minutes to clean.
We will bill you an extra charge, depending on chemical used, if your chemical use is higher than average (Example is if we have to add a bag of salt every month). If you do not wish to pay the increase, we will gift this extra chemical expense as a courtesy, cancel you as a customer, and refund any unused weeks of your pool service subscription.
Due to drive time between jobs, we will usually spend 30min driving between jobs, and after chemical, vehicle, insurance, and labor costs we make less than $2 a week or less per customer. We do this as a way to ensure our Pettit Fiberglass Pool we made and installed for you is taken care of properly; please be flexible and kind!
