- Contact us — fill out the contact form; we respond within two business days by email, then follow up by text.
- Survey & model — tell us the model you want and whether you want the standard deck allowance or upgrades.
- Proposal — we send a proposal with your options the next business day.
- Site flagging — if you like the budget, we come out, flag the deck and pool area, and adjust the proposal.
- $3,000 deposit — that starts the permit. The deposit counts toward your payments.
On site: excavation (7.5′ access path required), set the factory-built shell, plumbing, backfill, deck, equipment, inspections, then startup. Ongoing pool service is available.
