Why fiberglass works for Hudson homes
- Coastal Hudson has sandy soil and a high water table near the Gulf, and many canal-front lots are in flood zones. A fiberglass shell installs quickly, limiting dewatering time.
- Pasco County is one of Florida’s most sinkhole-active counties. Fiberglass shells are one flexible piece, which many owners prefer here; still review sinkhole coverage with your insurer.
- Hudson is unincorporated Pasco, so permits go through Pasco County Building Construction Services.
Pettit Fiberglass Pools is a factory-direct manufacturer and a licensed Florida contractor. Because the same company builds the shell and installs it, you get one warranty covering the work instead of a manufacturer and a separate installer pointing at each other.
